1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bh99bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bh99bd website located at https://bh99bd.org and all associated services, products, and features.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on bh99bd. Opening duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and cancellation of all pending withdrawals.

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact mobile number. bh99bd may request identity verification documents (government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method) at any time before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. bh99bd strongly recommends enabling SMS two-factor authentication ("2FA") on your account to prevent unauthorised access.

You must notify bh99bd support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. bh99bd will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access arising from your failure to adequately secure your credentials.

You must not share your account credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously reported a security breach to our support team in writing via live chat.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

bh99bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited (DBBL) mobile banking. All transactions are settled in BDT. No currency conversion charges are applied to local wallet transfers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction deposit and withdrawal limits may apply and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account dashboard following login.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit ("source of funds" rule) unless otherwise approved by our finance team. Processing times are typically under 24 hours for verified accounts using local mobile wallets. Bank card withdrawals may take 2–5 business days.

All deposits and withdrawals must originate from accounts or cards registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. Any funds identified as originating from a third party will be returned to the source, the associated wagers will be voided, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

bh99bd offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. All promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are published on the relevant promotion page.

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonus funds are credited in BDT and must be wagered a minimum of 30 times the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Only real-money deposits (not bonus funds) may be used to satisfy the wagering requirement unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino table games 10–20%, and sports bets at odds of 1.50 or higher contribute 100%. Specific contribution rates are listed on each promotion page.

6. Rules of Play and Game Conduct

All games available on bh99bd — including live casino tables, slots, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface or betting market. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules take precedence for matters relating solely to that game's mechanics and payouts.

All slot and RNG-based casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") software supplied by the respective game provider. bh99bd does not interfere with game outcomes. Sports betting results are settled in accordance with official match results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football).

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or server error during a game session, bh99bd will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state using server logs. If reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account balance. This is the sole remedy available in the event of a technical interruption.

bh99bd reserves the right to void any bet or wager where there is reasonable evidence that it was placed under manifestly incorrect odds or pricing due to a system error ("palpable error"). Players will be notified of any such void by email or in-platform notification, and the stake will be refunded.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bh99bd platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human method to interact with games, sports betting markets, or the bh99bd platform interface.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or discovered bug are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any transaction that violates applicable Bangladeshi law.
• Opening accounts using false identity information or impersonating any other person.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in poker, live casino, or any competitive game format.
• Accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited under local law, through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other obfuscation tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity intended to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event on which a bet is placed.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

bh99bd is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. The platform provides the following player-protection tools, accessible from your account settings after login:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit caps that cannot be raised for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours after any increase request.
• Session Time Reminders — Configure alerts at intervals of 30, 60, or 120 minutes to notify you of your total time spent in active play sessions.
• Cool-Off Period — Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cool-off, login is blocked and no deposits may be processed.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion — Permanently close your account with no possibility of reopening. This option is irreversible. Any balance remaining at the time of self-exclusion will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within 10 business days.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bh99bd's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting bh99bd support via live chat. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard identity verification requirements being satisfied.

bh99bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses an unacceptable risk under its AML or responsible gaming obligations. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, bh99bd may withhold the balance pending investigation and, where applicable, report the matter to relevant authorities.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of commercial contract law. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process within 30 days of submission, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against bh99bd.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
